| Jim Martin - Owner
Jim Martin grew up in Liverpool, England and remains and avid Liverpool supporter. Once in the States, Jim lived in San Diego and played club soccer for La Jolla Nomads. Attended UCLA where he played for the 2nd team before joining the San Diego Sockers Reserves. Jim coached High School soccer in San Diego and also with the Rush upon moving to Colorado.
Jim is married with three kids (all played in the Rush) and is the owner of Total Orthopedics Inc. TOI provides orthopedic implants and post op supplies in the western US for Sports medicine and orthopedic surgeries.

Erik Bushey, Head Coach – Erik played four years at Belhaven College in Jackson, MS, capturing an NAIA National Championship with the team in 1992. His player career continued with the PDL Jackson Chargers, and was capped off with a stint in his home state of Washington with the PDL Spokane Shadow. Erik holds a USSF "A" license as well as a National Diploma through the NSCAA and is a Colorado State Instructor. He has served as a staff coach for Region III and as a head coach with Region IV.

Dominique B. Hoecherl, General Manager – Dom is a Salt Lake City, Utah native. Dominique earned the High School MVP award for Utah in 1994 and led her team to the State Championship title. At age 17, she was named to the Western Region Pool for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and played in the program four years. Dominique played for four years of Division I collegiate soccer at the University of Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. Dominique currently holds a USSF National “A” license and has served on the Region IV staff for the ODP. In the past, she has also been involved with the Regional and State ODP from 1996-2007. She was awarded the April Heinrich’s Nike Scholarship for Coaching education in 2005. She has coached for Colorado Rush since 2003. Dom has over 15 years coaching experience for ages 3-adult. She is currently an Assistant Director with the Clubs Developmental Programs – School of Excellence (U7-U10’s) and Mighty Mites (U3-U4’s)/Turbo Tots (U5-U6’s) since 2008.

Adam Logan, PR/Communications Officer - Adam graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. While at Colorado, he was a member of the support staff for the CU Varsity Women’s soccer program for 3 years and continues to be an avid supporter of the Buffs. Adam grew up in Conifer, Colorado and was a three time All-Conference defender and Honorable Mention All-State as a Senior. He grew up playing club ball for the Evergreen Stingers. Outside of soccer, Adam likes to golf and play hockey. He has coached in the club since 2008 and has his NSCAA National License.

| Holly Schulz, Program Administrator - Holly grew up loving the game of soccer and began playing at an early age with Club Columbine, then continued playing year-round with Colorado Rush and on the Dakota Ridge High School varsity team until 2002 when she moved to Seattle. She eventually ended up in Jacksonville, FL where she studied Database Administration and became a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Holly returned to Colorado recently to work for Rush Soccer and develop several programs for the organization.

Laura Martin, Director of Marketing/Sponsorship - Laura graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in both Political Science and Economics. While at Colorado State, Laura worked closely with the athletic marketing department in game day promotions. This has translated to Laura helping the Colorado Rush W-League with sponsorship and marketing. Laura began playing soccer with Club Columbine, and continued to play with Colorado Rush for 9 more years, growing through the recreational and competitive program.

Kristin Lundgren, ATC – Kristin Lundgren is the Head Certified Athletic Trainer for the Colorado Rush Soccer Club. She has been working for the club since 2004. Kristin graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Exercise & Sport Science. She attended graduate school to study Athletic Training and Biomechanics at San Diego State University. Kristin is also a Sportsmetrics Certified Instructor and American Heart Association Instructor. Kristin grew up playing soccer and continued through college her first two years at Pacific University. However, the death of her terminally ill college coach led to her transfer to the University of Utah where she maintained soccer ties through coaching with high school, club, and ODP teams. | Donna Vossbrink, Office Manager/Controller- Donna is a native of Southern California where she graduated from South Hills High School and attended Mt. San Antonio Jr. College. In October of 1989, Donna, her husband and two daughters moved to Littleton, Colorado. Both girls continued their soccer with Club Columbine and then Colorado Rush. Donna began working for the Colorado Rush in September 1997.

| Jan Slusarz, Member Services Competitive - Janice grew up in Garfield Heights, Ohio where she attened Marymount High School. She graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. degree in Education. Janice taught third grade for eight years and preschool for four years. She is married and has three children, two boys and a girl, all of whom played soccer. She has lived in Colorado for the last sixteen years. She has worked for the Rush since 2000. |
